IMPACT AT A GLANCE

The numbers tell part of the story.

01 / AI / AUTOMATION / PRODUCTIZATIONLogistics SaaS / PLS Logistics, including work involving Uber Freight as a client
$35Mannual recurring revenue

Built a freight platform from zero to $35M ARR.

Productized logistics operations into a commercial SaaS platform, then used machine learning and automation to unlock new revenue.

The challenge

Complex freight workflows were difficult to scale through manual processes and disconnected software. The opportunity was to turn operational capabilities into a sellable platform, while improving pricing and booking efficiency.

What changed

Led the development of PLS Pro 3.0 as a cloud transportation-management product sold on subscription. Delivered a machine-learning pricing workflow using live freight data sources, supported by robotic process automation for booking.

The outcome

PLS Pro grew from launch to a reported $35M in annual recurring revenue. The ML pricing and automated booking initiative generated a reported $6M in new revenue and a 30% improvement in operational efficiency. Uber Freight was among client work described for this period; the revenue and efficiency figures are attributed to the broader PLS initiatives, not specifically to Uber Freight.

02 / AGENTIC PRODUCT DELIVERY / GROWTHAI software development / CrowdBotics and CodeOps
4×company ARR growth

Turned AI-enabled development into a scalable product engine.

Shifted a software development platform toward automated delivery, integrations, and repeatable enterprise adoption.

The challenge

The original manual application-building experience constrained repeatability, enterprise integration, and the ability to scale product delivery.

What changed

Helped shift the roadmap to CodeOps, an automated planning, assembly, and deployment pipeline. Launched a third-party connectors and integration marketplace, built embedded enterprise solutions capability, and made automated quality checks plus human UAT gates part of delivery.

The outcome

CodeOps and the marketplace contributed to company ARR rising from a reported $10M to $40M. The integration marketplace reached over 90% enterprise adoption, and lifecycle interventions achieved a reported 85% signup-to-adopted conversion rate.

03 / PLATFORM STRATEGY / ECOSYSTEM SCALEConsumer platforms / Apple Safari and App Store
1.2Mapps in the ecosystem

Helped shape consumer platforms at extraordinary scale.

Worked on Mobile Safari ahead of the original iPhone and on App Store systems foundational to the developer ecosystem.

The challenge

The shift to mobile browsing and the launch of an app distribution platform required dependable product experiences and scalable operating systems for developers and customers.

What changed

Contributed to Mobile Safari product research, UX, and technical decisions ahead of the original iPhone. Later worked on App Store platform product management, including app review and subscriptions.

The outcome

Participated in the App Store platform’s growth from launch to an ecosystem of approximately 1.2 million apps and over $10 billion in cumulative developer payouts during the period described. These are platform-wide scale markers, not amounts personally generated by one product manager.

04 / PLATFORM MODERNIZATION / INTEROPERABILITYEnterprise platforms / GS1 Global Registry
100+member organizations aligned

Unified a fragmented global platform around common standards.

Replaced disconnected product experiences with interoperable APIs and a common model across a complex global network.

The challenge

A global product registry served a broad network of member organizations with inconsistent experiences and demanding interoperability and regulatory requirements.

What changed

Led a shared registry product model, consistent user experience, and API architecture. Delivered product-data verification interfaces addressing applicable EU and FDA requirements.

The outcome

Established a more unified platform approach spanning over 100 member organizations while extending standardized product-data verification capabilities.

05 / ZERO-TO-ONE / OPERATIONAL PRODUCTField-service SaaS / ProBase at LawnStarter
10K+professionals in initial rollout

Took a field-service SaaS product into a live marketplace.

Combined product ownership, AI-enabled workflows, and operational business intelligence for service professionals.

The challenge

Field-service professionals needed an integrated operating environment for managing jobs, permissions, and business performance within a two-sided services marketplace.

What changed

Led product development from customer research to release, including role-based permissions, business intelligence, and AI-assistant integration with guarded access to booking and operator workflows.

The outcome

Launched to a reported 10,000+ service professionals and extended access across a broader marketplace network, establishing an operational SaaS foundation that could support further product growth.

THE RELEVANCE TO YOUR BUSINESS

Capability is transferable. The work still has to be done.

A product's outcomes depend on the decisions behind it: what problem to solve, how to organize teams, where AI actually changes the economics, and whether the solution can survive real operational use. That is the combination Fracek Advisory brings to a new mandate.

These examples describe Jason Fracek's contributions in earlier organizations and project settings, rather than customer engagements performed by Fracek Advisory. Some figures describe company-wide results or the scale of a broader platform. They do not imply sole personal responsibility or a guarantee of future performance.
